   Hello,

   My name is Denise Auinger and I relocated to Marbella in September 2025.

   Since then, I have been looking for a long-term rental for myself and my 3-year-old dog. I am currently employed in Spain with a local contract, and I have been working for the same company for over 5 years.

   I would describe myself as very tidy, responsible and respectful. My dog is well-trained, calm and has never caused any issues.

   I came across a few properties on your website that I really liked — for example the one in Cabopino. In general, I am looking for an apartment up to €900/month, ideally with a balcony.

   I would be very happy to hear back from you if you have any suitable options available.
